The charming, cast-iron Liffey Bridge is probably the world's most famous footbridge.  It is a pedestrian bridge, built in 1816 over the Liffey River in Dublin, Ireland. Also known as the Ha'penny Bridge, it is an iconic image of Dublin. At night, it is even more lovely! I painted this miniature in an impressionist style to accentuate the romantic feeling I have about the city, which I visited long time ago.

The painting size is 6" x 8". Signed on front; varnished. The painting is framed in an antique gold wooden frame and ready to hang for your pleasure. The framed size is 9.25" x 11.25".

I used to sell my oil paintings unframed at a lower price. Then I realized most collectors don't ever get them framed. Alas, a painting looks so much better when framed and it's important for its safe conservation. All you have to do is find a perfect spot for the painting!

Oil on oil-primed Belgian linen on birch panel. The painting is mounted on sealed panel with archival glue. In other words, I have used a top quality material, which guarantees a long-term conservation of the painting.
