Let's saunter in a steep, winding street of the 18th arrondissement of Paris, the charming hilltop Montmartre district. It is a former artists' village once inhabited by Picasso and Dalí, and home to the domed Sacré-Cœur basilica. In the pearly light, the scene looks straight out of a fairy tale!
The painting size is 12" x 9". Signed on front; varnished. The painting is framed in a handsome gold wooden frame and ready to hang for your pleasure. The framed size is 15.25" x 12.25".
I used to sell my oil paintings unframed at a lower price. Then I realized most collectors don't ever get them framed. Alas, a painting looks so much better when framed and it's important for its safe conservation. All you have to do is find a perfect spot for the painting!
Oil on canvas on masonite panel. The painting is mounted on panel with archival glue. In other words, I have used a top quality material, which guarantees a long-term conservation of the painting.
